- Personal identification information (Name, Address, Email address, Field of work, Company name etc.)

You directly provide REFINE with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online for any of our events, engagement activities and services
- Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
REFINE collects your data so that we can:
- Perform/Direct the External/Inter-Laboratory Comparison.
- Email you with details of our services.
How do we store your data?
REFINE securely stores your data at Trinity College Dublin, partner in the REFINE Project, in a dedicated Hard Drive.
REFINE will keep your Name, Address, Filed of work Company Name, Email Address for the duration of the REFINE Project. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by cancelling from our safety storage location. (Hard Drive)
What are your data protection rights?
REFINE would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The website uses a minimal build of Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States and allows us to notice trends to improve the user experience on our website.
